The fact that Trump Jr. is involved tells me that the feds are going to fight tooth and nail to avoid letting the states regulate this. So we’re going to end up in court and how that turns out is anybody’s guess; whether or not we decide that we’re going to actually enforce the court’s ruling is still anybody’s guess.
